You will see a grid where you will enter your answers.

NOTE: This class does not have a password, so do not worry about this.

NOTE: When you evaluate the labs, be sure to enter the lab leader’s name in the space asking for the name of the instructor. For the lecture, enter my name (S. Grubbs)

Each student will do TWO evaluations: 1 Evaluation for the lecture and 1 Evaluation for the lab (even if I was your lab instructor, do two evals).

SEED 4010 only does one evaluation for the course.

The questions are on the MSED 2000 Webpage in a link under this one.

For the lecture section: Answer ALL of the questions on the question sheet.

For the lab sections: Answer ONLY questions 1-5

Please be careful when you read and answer the questions—sometimes the powers that are reverse the order of the answer choices. You don’t want to say something you did not mean (I hope!!!).

When you are done, please send me an e-mail just telling me “Grubbs, I did the evaluation.” This gives us an idea of how many people did the evaluation. You do not have to tell me what you said!
