This five year degree program is designed to prepare students to teach in Pre-K through 5th grade with certification in Special Education General Curriculum Early Childhood.

The first four years of the program result in a B.S.Ed. in Special Education, the final year results in an M.Ed. in Special Education.

Admission to the program is based on admission to Teacher Education. Students must successfully complete  SPEC 2999 a "0" credit course with an "s" to be admitted to teacher education and begin the coursework in this major.  Admission to Teacher Education.
