Minutes of March 14, 2002 Meeting

Present: Frank Barnas (chair), Lynn Bell, Russ Mast, Jerry Siegrist, Fred Ware

1. Call to order at 2:05 pm.

2. Dr. Ware moved to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Dr. Bell seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

3. There was a general discussion of the on-line questionnaire that VSU is using in conjunction with Solutions 21. Mr. Barnas volunteered to contact Tom Archibald of Information Technology to see if the deadline for comments could be extended, as some faculty members were having difficulty using the form.

4. There was a consensus that the IPC would request copies of the Solutions 21 retreat report before its April 11^th meeting so IPC members could review the document.

5. There was a general discussion concerning the committee’s structure and attendance of committee members. Mr. Barnas said he would obtain an accurate IPC roster.

6. The meeting adjourned at 2:24 pm.
