You are the reason this website exists!

A teacher is considered a new teacher if he/she is:

• A teacher with 0-3 years experience

• An experienced teacher who is new to a system or district

• A preservice teacher

• A teacher intern

All new teachers need mentoring at the appropriate level according to system requirements.
