Directions for completing the College of Education Student Evaluation of Course/Instructor (see link below).   You will need to obtain the following items and information from your instructor. 

1. You will need a print copy of the evaluation questions and any additional questions the instructor has for you to respond to.
2. You will need the course name (e.g., COMD XXXX or SPE XXXX). The password information will be placed in a dialog box at the bottom of the evaluation page that looks similar to the one below.
